P. Adrianilli

Paolo Adrianilli is a PhD candidate at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA). His research is supervised by D. Fouarge, H. Pfeifer and M. Somers. After completing a bachelor’s degree in Sociology at the University of Trento (Italy), he obtained a double master’s degree in Sociology and Social Research from the University of Trento and the University of Bamberg. His current research focuses on the Dutch and German vocational education and training (VET) systems and their relationship with firms.
